Student Feedback Form (PG 4TH SEM / UG 6TH SEM / UG 4TH SEM 2023)
Important Notes
- Following are mandatory in order to download Admit Card. - Submit online form fillup money receipt at Examination Section (Ignore if already submitted at respective department).
- Feedback to be given once only per semester before downloading Admit Card. After submission it can not be modified. Hence the students are advised to select the options very carefully.
- After submitting the feedback an unique 4 digit code (Password) will be displayed. Students are advised to note down the same or take a screenshot as the code is mandatory to enter while downloading the Admit Card.
